ANSWER: You must call our office to withdraw money. We can send the money to your bank or by check.

ANSWER: It can take up to 3 business days to process a withdrawal request. This does not include mail time.

QUESTION: How do you communicate with clients?

ANSWER: Our office communicates by email, phone, in-person meetings and virtual calls.

QUESTION: How often do you communicate with clients?

ANSWER: Aside from an annual review, clients can call the office with any questions or to schedule a meeting with me.

QUESTION: Do you work with CPAs or attorneys?

ANSWER: I collaborate with a CPA and an attorney to provide well-rounded advice, and I'm also happy to work with your existing professionals.

QUESTION: Am I on track for retirement?

ANSWER: It depends on your specific goals. I can review your current situation and run a retirement projection to see if you are on track.

QUESTION: What is a good emergency fund amount?

ANSWER: I recommend setting aside at least 6 months' worth of your monthly expenses. This provides a financial cushion in case of emergencies.
